Kathleen Donaldson recently joined McArthur Sanders Real Estate with personal experience of buying and selling in Williamson County over the last 10 years. She has personal experience with VA loans and understanding buying and selling both as a real estate professional and a mother of 3 teenagers.

As a Williamson County resident for almost 10 years, Kathleen has worked and volunteered with public and private schools and local camps as a Registered Nurse. She has kept a keen eye on the local real estate market, trends in home design, ways to utilize a real estate investment as a personal and functional space for home and business. "One of the best things about living here is the thriving and diverse economy in which both Tennessee natives and transplants can proudly call Williamson County and the 615 area their home."

Similar to helping patients navigate the health care system, Kathleen is passionate to deliver stellar customer service and full attention to her clients. Her commitment is to work hard, listen intently, and follow through.

When she is not assisting her real estate clients, Kathleen enjoys volunteering at Christ Presbyterian Academy and Christ Presbyterian Church as well as spending time in her second home along the gorgeous 30A in Florida.
