This charming two-story storefront, built in 1890, with stunning arched windows and cast-iron columns made from melted-down armaments from the Civil War, has become a favorite stop on Franklin’s Main Street. In 2016, current owner Mike Wolfe, creator, producer, and star of “American Pickers,†restored this building back to its original splendor with the help of local preservationist Bill Powell. The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County gave the building its top preservation award in 2017. The downstairs of this historic Franklin landmark is currently occupied by the iconic White’s Mercantile retail store and offers a unique residential condo opportunity on the second floor that includes roof top access. Second floor can also be office space and is currently being used as office.
