Josh has lived in middle Tennessee since his family moved here in 1996. He grew up in the Leipers Fork area and moved to East Nashville when getting married to his wife in 2007. In his 20’s Josh worked as a housing coordinator for refugees in the non-profit world. Sometimes coordinating housing for over 500 people per-year.
These days Josh works with a variety of clients selling everything from historic homes in Midtown or 180+ acres in Belfast Tennessee to first time home buyers all over the metro area. As an owner of both traditional investment property and short-term rental property Josh has the knowledge to walk you through whatever your real estate needs might be.
